We read everything and reply to most things within two to three business days. If you believe something on this site is inaccurate, tell us specifically what and we will check it and correct it.
Order, shipping and refund enquiries
We are an independent review site, not the seller. We cannot see your order, change it, track it or refund it. Anything transactional has to go through the official SodaSlim store where the purchase was made — support contact details are on your order confirmation email and on the official checkout page.
This includes: order status, delivery tracking, address changes, cancellations, the 60-day money-back guarantee, and access links for the digital bonuses.
Media and partnerships
Press enquiries and content partnership proposals can go to the same address with a clear subject line. We do not accept paid placements, sponsored positive reviews or link insertions.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered on the homepage FAQ, the ingredients breakdown or the full review. Medical questions we genuinely cannot answer — those need your doctor or pharmacist, who can see your medication list and we cannot.
